2.EXERCISE
Just 30 min., 3-5 days a week decreases symptoms of depression, anxiety and even ADHD. A vigorous walk gives clarity and expansive thinking. Exercise Is a great confidence booster as well. Take a walk outside and watch the world open up!

Scent works directly with the brain because as soon as aroma reaches your nose It connects with the olfactory bulbs which are actually part of your brain. This sends messages to the limbic system In your brain where emotions and memories are stored effecting hormones, mood and behavior.
